• Finish selection (paint, tile, countertop suggestions, door/drawer hardware, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and accessories) created by talented designers
• (2) 3D renderings to give you a feel for how the finishes work together
• Color inspiration board
• Clickable shopping list
• One project revision*

The client provides GMI Design Group with:

• Photos (of room, plus any inspirational photos from Pinterest or Houzz)
• Room drawings with measurements
• Detailed questionnaire that outlines your needs, design preferences, and budget limitations.

Gold eDESIGN Plans are intended for superficial changes only. That means, any project that requires the moving of walls, plumbing, changing the footprint of cabinetry or dramatic changes in the existing floor plan would be a project for our Platinum eDESIGN Plans or Full-Service Interior Design Service.

*Revisions included in this plan are for re-selecting less than half of the products, or one color palette change. A total project revision will result in hourly design time.
