DESIGNER-BY-YOUR-SIDE BASIC PACKAGE

Before We Meet

• GMI Design Group collects preferred vendor list, product allowances & floor plan from builder
• You complete a design preferences questionniare
• Your project gets set-up in our project portal, which is accessible anytime via their app (Apple or Android)!

In-Person Meeting (3hrs)

• We will choose products in the preferred vendor showroom, pair them with your existing choices, and request samples for you to have at home

After We Meet

• We will adding your selections to your MyDoma project with details on manufacturer, price, product number, and vendor
• Email product list & MyDoma project invitation to builder
• GMI Design Group will also create a finishes design board so you can see how the items work together for your new home!
