THIS PACKAGES IS FOR 30 HOURS OF HANDS-ON CONSULTATION TIME WITH YOUR BUILDER'S PREFERRED VENDORS.

We'll select a personalized look just for you from an eclectic combination of stores that fit your home design, and we'll have a great time doing it together!
Whatever you would like our time to look like, your consultation could involve:

• Color Consultation, with a trip to pick up sample of paint to try!
• Consultation with vendor professionals
• Selection of building finishes, windows, rock, brick, lighting, wood flooring, tile, carpet, etc.
• Coordination with your builder on details of your finishes

This package can be renewed as many times as it takes to complete your new build.
